Our process starts when a potential opportunity is identified and documented. NobleTek’s team collaborates with the client to clarify project requirements, review initial data, define scope, deliverables, timelines and than a proposal will be delivered to the customer. Once a purchase order is received, a formal project award is obtained to kick off the project.

During this phase, resources and timelines are organized based on the project scope. Input data is secured, project folders are configured, and the necessary software environment is established. The team prepares documentation and conducts training to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals.

Project tasks are completed according customer requirements, with ongoing
quality checks at each step. Team members and quality assurance reviewers validate deliverables to ensure they meet all requirements before moving forward. Deliverables are then transferred to the client via FTP for review and acceptance.

The Project Manager tracks progress, holds status meetings, and provides regular updates to stakeholders. Any issues are resolved promptly, and
adjustments are made to ensure the project stays on track and meets client expectations.

After the project is completed and all deliverables are accepted, the Project Manager conducts a formal closeout. Final project data is archived for future reference, concluding the project lifecycle.
